Training as a Philosophy for Living
You know better so do better. What does that mean? It means you do not find a good life. You make it. Your life will not change until you change. Your life is your responsibility. No one else's. Only you have the power to change yourself. We all have a voice that wants us to have the best life we can. Most of us have been ignoring it for so long that it's become a whisper. It's the voice that says get up and train, chose foods that nourish my body, make the apology, care about whats good for all not just whats good for me. I want to help you take that voice out of the trunk and put it in the drivers seat. I want you to never ignore that voice again. I want to help you connect your body, mind, and heart. The biggest obstacle we face is taking that first step. One of the ways I make that easier for you is by bringing the gym to you. Training can be done in your home or at a near by park. About
Hey there. My name is Aaron. I've been in fitness industry for eight years now. My primary focus is training for mental health. My goal is to reunite the body (physical movements), mind (discipline), and the heart (connection to something greater). When the body, mind, and heart are connected magic happens. We will train every aspect of fitness. Primarily through strength based mobility. Meaning, we get crazy strong while opening the body to its full ranges of motion. Which equals a strong, capable body that feels great and a mind that resides in peace and equanimity. The three modalities we will use most often are kettle bells, calisthenics, and meditation. I strongly encourage training outside in nature. The benefits of this are unmatched. I bring the gym to you. Training can be done at your home or in a nearby park.
